We are excited to announce that our project with Spireworks has been selected as a nominee for the 2019 Webby Awards. We are grateful for the honor and ongoing support, and we are especially proud of the hard work from all teams involved.
L+R has worked alongside Mark Domino, Spireworks’ creator, to launch numerous Spireworks’ initiatives, engaging non-profits and creating experiences for building tenants and cities around the world. Partners for the project have included Ferrari, Bank of America, National Park Service, Autism Speaks, Global Citizen, and Lymphoma Research Foundation to raise awareness for important causes and engaging people around the world. It is an exciting piece of work to be a part of given its use of the world’s most famous skyline and its potential for impact.
The Spireworks project is nominated within the Integrated Mobile Experience category along with prestigious teams and inspiring projects. The Webby Awards 23rd Annual People’s Voice is now open and we need your vote.

About Spireworks
Spireworks is a building-scale interactive lighting installation. The Spireworks app allows users to control buildings architectural lights in real-time, using a range of different colors and animated graphics. The user interface design and innovative interactions let users choose between iconic buildings in New York City.
